Where we came from:

We began, as most people do who start a company selling food items, In Our Kitchens. The recipes we use in our Pasta Sauces have been in the family for generations. The statement, "in the family for generations", is often exagerated. In our case it is not. The oldest copy of the recipe for our Traditional Pasta Sauce, which is kept in our vault, was hand-written by Antonetta Machiarelli in 1827. For our Traditional Pasta Sauce, we have not changed the recipe from the original. It was from this recipe, written by Antonetta, that we derived the name Anthony's.

Why should you eat our sauces?

Our pasta sauces are made with ONLY the finest and freshest ingrediants available. We use fresh sausages made locally, vine-ripened tomatoes, and Basil imported from Italy. ALL of our sauces are produced in State-of-the-art kitchens in our new facilities. ALL sauces are tested by a family member BEFORE being placed into jars. Our sauces are currently available in: Specialty Food Stores, our catalog, our web-site, and local restaurants.

Our goals for the future

It is our intention to become the primary importer and exporter of fine Italian Sauces. We are currently looking into a lucrative distribution deal and a new 25,000 square foot facility in New Yorks, Little Italy. It is estimated that this facility, when built, will employ 1500 people.
